Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
At PureFinds.pk, we prioritize customer satisfaction. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange unless the product has a manufacturing defect or issue.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We accept returns for products with any defects or issues. However, several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@purefinds.pk.
Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at support@purefinds.pk and ship the item to: [Your Physical Address].
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, mail it to: [Your Physical Address].
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. If the product has a defect or issue, we will cover the return shipping costs.
If you’re returning an expensive item, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee receipt of your returned item.
